Podcasting in Plain English

Teaching Social Software to students and colleagues gets easier with every In Plain English video from the Common Craft Show. With the addition of Podcasting in Plain English I’ve got a full slate of excellent teaching tools.
I’m also a fan of the 7 Things You Should Know About… series from Educause. While the Plain English videos are perfect summaries of the tools to which I want to introduce my students, I’ve found the 7 Things briefs are excellent introductions to technologies that I don’t know much about.
If you’re someone who finds themselves responsible for explaining social software, or new technology in general, to people based on your being the one person who admits to having a blog, use 7 Things to brush up on your facts and Plain English to get folks out of your office.
